- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control

- You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched

5. Returns and Refunds

General Returns:
- You may return plants within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange
- Plants must be in their original condition and packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items:
- Allium (bulbs) and Alstroemeria (roots/plants) cannot be returned unless they arrive dead or damaged, due to their sensitive nature
- Custom or special orders are not eligible for return unless faulty

- Contact us within 15 days of receipt to receive a Returns Authorisation number
- Carefully repackage the plants following our instructions
- For returns due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label
- For returns based on customer preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive returned items
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds typically appear shortly after processing
- The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable for returns based on customer preference

- Exact flowering times or ultimate plant size
- Survival rates after planting, as these depend on many factors beyond our control
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to your order shall not exceed the total value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
