Shipping Your Garden Dreams

We know you are eager to start planting. We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking notification.

We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your plants will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch. (Please note: Asia and a few select remote regions are excluded from our service area).

Our team packages each plant with the utmost care, using specialised materials to protect them on their journey to your garden.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We are confident you will love your plants. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return them to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Important Note on Perishable Items:
To ensure the highest quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items due to their highly sensitive nature, unless they arrive dead or damaged:
  • Allium (bulbs)
  • Alstroemeria (roots/plants)
These varieties are particularly vulnerable to the stresses of transportation and repeated handling. Please inspect them immediately upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. To help us assist you quickly, please use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and specific instructions for repackaging and shipping. Returns cannot be processed without this number.
  3. Ship the Items: Carefully repackage the plants in their original packaging, if possible, and mail them to our nursery at the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will promptly process your refund or dispatch your replacement items.

Return Shipping

For returns that are a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or it arrived dead), we will gladly provide a pre-paid shipping label.

For returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. The funds should appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
