At Perennia Bloom Shop, we take as much care in packaging your plants as we do in nurturing them. We are confident you will be delighted with your hardy perennials, from the striking Acanthus to the delicate Alchemilla. However, we understand that sometimes a plant may not meet your expectations. This policy is designed to make the returns process as straightforward and transparent as possible.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your plants, you may return them to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Please Note: Due to their perishable nature and to ensure the highest quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive dead or damaged:
  • Allium (bulbs)
  • Alstroemeria (roots/plants)
These varieties are particularly sensitive to transportation and repeated handling. Please inspect them immediately upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and specific instructions for repackaging and shipping your return. Returns cannot be processed without this number.
  3. Ship the Items: Carefully repackage the plants in their original packaging, if possible, and mail them to our nursery at the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement items.

Return Shipping

For returns that are a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or it arrived dead), we will gladly provide a pre-paid shipping label.

For returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. The funds should appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
