What types of plants do you specialise in?
We specialise in a wide variety of hardy perennials, including favourites like Aconitum (Monkshood), Alchemilla (Lady’s Mantle), Allium, and Alstroemeria (Peruvian Lily). Our curated collection is focused on providing garden enthusiasts with beautiful, reliable plants that return year after year.
Are the plants suitable for my climate?
Our perennials are cultivated in the UK and are chosen for their resilience. However, as we ship globally, we recommend researching specific plant hardiness zones for your area. Feel free to contact us for advice on which plants might thrive best in your local conditions.
Ordering & Account
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online shop, add your chosen plants to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be guided through the process to enter your details and choose your preferred payment method.
Do I need an account to order?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save your details for faster future purchases, and receive updates on new plant arrivals and special offers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also offer the convenience and security of PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to process all transactions. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We are proud to ship our plants worldwide from our nursery in Truro, UK. However, due to agricultural restrictions and logistical challenges, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Please contact us if you are unsure about delivery to your location.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient options:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped with DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch.
– Free Shipping: For orders over £50, shipped with EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order and carefully prepare your plants for their journey. The transit time then depends on your chosen shipping method (10-25 days from dispatch).
How are the plants packaged?
Your plants are our priority. We ship them in specially designed, eco-friendly packaging that protects them during transit. Each plant is carefully potted and secured to ensure it arrives to you in healthy, plant-ready condition.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We are confident you will love your plants. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
